Integral School is a complex of educational projects in preschool, primary, and extracurricular education, founded in 2018 by Iryna Borodina and Iryna Kolesnykova. The school was created as a caring and professional alternative to public education - focusing on the child's needs, quality of education, and partnership with the family.

We quickly realized that a modern school cannot ignore the experience of previous generations, but it also cannot remain purely traditional. Therefore, we combined a solid pedagogical foundation with new approaches that take into account the development of the child, family, and society.

This formed the project's philosophy - an integral holistic approach in which the child, teacher, and parents are active participants in the educational process.

We create an environment where the professional mastery of teachers and educators supports the child's growth at every stage - academically, emotionally, and personally.

Our mission is to educate and develop leaders who will shape a better future for all.

Based on Ken Wilber's integral theory ideas, we aim to nurture a graduate capable of thinking in the yellow paradigm - seeing the whole picture, integrating different perspectives, and acting responsibly.

We evaluate the quality of our education not only by Ukrainian state standards but also through the lens of global professional practices and evolutionary development of thinking.

This helps us build a project that grows together with children, teachers, parents, and society.
